Community Action Society is known for its wide range of social initiatives and services offered in association with other development organizations apart from direct intervention. CAS provides its support in varied range of areas. Some of which are as follows:

- Strategy planning for developmental organization in both urban and rural areas for implementing their programmes and projects focussing on issues of Education, Health and Protection
- Organization Development and Strategy Planning
- Facilitating the process of developing/revising the mission, vision and objectives of the organizations
- Development of Child Protection Policy

- Community mobilization and empowerment
- Programme designing and planning.
- Handholding support for initiating new programmes, projects and organizations

- Documentation (process documentation, annual report, documenting mid year review, baseline, end line reports, workshop documentation, photo documentation, good practice document, technical report, brochure and monograph etc. )
- Development of communication tools (IEC, BCC), modules and manuals
- System review and audit, financial management (planning, monitoring and control)
- Organizing relevant seminars, trainings and workshops especially on Education, Health, Livelihood, Protection, Organization Development and Rights of Women & Children
