CAS’s Right Based Approach to Development: Creating Child Friendly Environment in Communities. 

CAS has a unique approach towards its every programmes. Over the recent years, Community Action Society (CAS) has undergone a methodological change by adopting a rights based approach in developmental work by creating a child friendly environment. CAS’s rights-based approach aims at forming friendly communities, where families, schools are committed to protect and fulfill child’s right to education, nutrition and protection in all respect. It works closely with the Government as well as its partner to create an impact in the society. CAS identifies the gaps and takes the action accordingly to create awareness among the masses. It also offers support to various Government departments, non-government organizations and local self-help groups. CAS provides support to various organizations in developmental programmes in various aspects.
